Mr. BarCode Privacy Policy

Mr. BarCode does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not create user accounts, track behavior, or use analytics tools.

• Barcodes, names, tags, and notes remain entirely on your device
• We do not upload or back up your barcode data over the network
• We do not access other files or personal information unrelated to barcodes

3. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored only on your iPhone/iPad and processed locally
• The app does not connect to any servers and does not require an internet connection to function
• We recommend backing up your device regularly through iCloud or other personal backup solutions to avoid data loss

4. Permissions

To provide full functionality, the app may request the following permissions:

• Camera: Used for real-time barcode and QR code scanning. Images are only used for immediate processing and are not stored.
• Photos (optional): Allows you to import images containing barcodes from your photo library. The app only reads the photos you select.

Denying permissions will not affect other features but will prevent the use of related functionality.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Mr. BarCode does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud sync services. There are no third-party SDKs within the app that access or transmit your data.

6. Children's Privacy

Mr. BarCode is suitable for general users but does not intentionally collect any information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian, please ensure that children use this app with your consent and supervision.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy in response to feature changes or legal requirements. Updates will be announced in the app or on the official support page. For significant changes, we will provide prominent notice.
